USPA NEWS - On the morning of 1 June 2017, President Macron fulfilled his promise by visiting Pablo, a handicapped child, at his home. The father of the young man had accosted the head of state, the day before during a bath of crowd on the occasion of his trip to Vannes (Morbihan). President Macron's promise restores hope for people with disabilities since his prime minister Edouard Philippe promised to make disability one of his "quinquennium´s priorities" persist and sign on this momentum of hope. People with disabilities represent 15% of the French population and feel a little more audible since the recent election of Emmanuel Macron. It will be necessary to follow that these promises turn into "concrete and pragmatic actions" as Emmanuel Macron had said himself during the televised debate of second round against Marine Le Pen, just before his election.
