USPA NEWS - The third day of the European Teams Championships decided who will advance into Semi-Finals.
At the stake, there were at least Bronze Medals of the 2017 European Table Tennis Teams Championships and the teams inputted all that they had for to reach that goal.
In the Championship´s Women's Teams Division the results of the Quarter-Final matches are:
RUSSIA “” HUNGARY: 3-1
NETHERLANDS “” AUSTRIA: 3-2
PORTUGAL “” ROMANIA: 0-3
GERMANY “” POLAND: 3-0

Into the Semi-Finals have advanced the Team of Russia, the Team of Netherlands, the Team of Romania and the Team of Germany.
In the Championship´s Men's Teams Division the results of the Quarter-Final matches are:

GERMANY “” UKRAINE: 3-0
SLOVENIA “” SWEDEN: 3-2
FRANCE “” GREECE: 3-0
CROATIA “” PORTUGAL: 1-3

Into the Semi-Finals have advanced the Team of Germany, the Team of Slovenia, the Team of France and the Team of Portugal.

The Semifinals of both the Women´s and the Men´s Teams will be played on Saturday, September 16th, 2017.

The three days of the competitions have confirmed additional qualified Teams for the WTTC Teams 2018, in Halmstad, Sweden, from Europe and they are: for Women´s Teams “” Azerbaijan, Slovenia, Italy, England, Turkey, Lithuania, Greece, and Belgium; for Men´s Teams “”Hungary, Turkey, Lithuania, Netherlands, Switzerland, Israel, and Finland.
